The palm garden outside the building is absolutely gorgeous, and the apartment is cozy and conveniently located. Anita was a great host, kind and helpful. It's a lovely place for a vacation in Opatija. Thank you, Anita!

The rest of the place was fine and up to standard, but the Wi-Fi was poor. Only one of the four rooms had a good connection, counting the terrace as a room. The terrace has a nice view, though the dumpsters just below it give off a horrible smell. The see-through dividers between the terraces also offer almost no privacy.

It has everything needed for a great holiday, whether you plan to cook or not. The terrace was the weaker part.

The family apartment's huge terrace has plenty of room to relax or get together. The apartment itself was nice and clean, with air conditioning, and it's close to the city center while still being in a quiet area.

Quiet mornings on the lovely terrace were a highlight, with a beautiful view. The place is neat and cheerful, and the location is great. Nothing to complain about, we'd definitely come back 😁
