The staff were rude and treated guests badly, and the apartment itself was in very poor shape. The renovations looked old and there were cracks everywhere. This was the worst apartment I’ve stayed in in Croatia. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I was disappointed with the stay. The heating didn’t work, and we didn’t have towels or enough toilet paper in the room. Then the owner accused us of taking the towels and asked us to pay 45 euros...

After dinner out, we got back to find the host at the gate. He opened it, then told me he couldn’t let me in because it was too late, reservation or not. I was left in a really difficult spot, but luckily I found somewhere to stay in Opatija.

Getting down to the waterfront was easy from this great location. The host welcomed us very warmly, and we enjoyed our stay.
