The pool was the highlight for us, with that infinity-pool feel, and there was plenty of parking too. We could reach the hidden gem “American Garden” just a few hundred meters behind the hotel, and the little park nearby made it easy to take our dog out. The area was really quiet but still within walking distance of the city center. We also liked having a small private terrace. The room felt a bit cramped, though, and we struggled to find a place for our dog to sleep. Otherwise, I would have given the hotel five stars.

The pool in the middle of the city is the best thing about this place, and the air conditioning worked well. But the room wasn’t clean, the bed was uncomfortable, and it wasn’t cheap. We even found ants in the bathroom. When it rained outside, water came in too because one of the windows wouldn’t close properly. Parking costs extra. We booked based on the good reviews on Booking, but I really should’ve checked the Google reviews first.

The location made it easy to walk everywhere, and the pool was amazing. Our apartment was clean, well equipped, and roomy enough for our family of four. We had a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our vacation here. The view from the swimming pool is incredible, and our host was friendly and easy to deal with. He also speaks English fluently. I’d happily recommend the place.

The apartment could’ve been cleaner, though the pool was nice. The location was good too, within walking distance of the center of Opatija.
