Hana was incredibly helpful and found several ways to assist me, and check-in staff were great too. I’d happily recommend Carmen Residence. Just keep in mind that the spa and hot tub cost extra to use.

The apartment was lovely and clean, with a spacious balcony and a fantastic view. Staff were friendly too.

The apartment felt really modern and was great, but parking was a problem for my car. The pillars are very close together and I scratched it. If you drive a Jeep, I'd avoid space 3 when someone is in space 4.

We were ready to go home and finally get some rest. We had a three-room apartment for 10 days, but the noise from the family living above us made the stay miserable. Their children ran, stomped, played football, jumped and screamed for hours every day, sometimes from 10:00 PM until 1:30 AM. We also heard a dog barking constantly and adults shouting. The building is concrete with no soundproofing, so even laundry being run after 10:00 PM carried through. The mother would sometimes stand in the hallway beside our apartment with the children and dog, talking loudly for a long time with her friend, who lived next door. When we calmly and politely asked her to keep the children quieter at least after 10:00 PM, she answered sarcastically that children have to run and scream a lot. Complaints and repeated attempts to get the manager involved changed nothing. The apartments themselves are nice, but I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're fine paying for your money, time and leisure to be disrespected.
