The pebble beach is just a few steps away, and the beach bar is a lovely spot to relax on a sunbed. This small hotel sits right on the Kvarner coast, with stunning views from both the room and restaurant terrace. The food is excellent and clearly prepared with care. The staff are always kind and helpful, and we felt at home. Warmly recommend it!

The breakfast on the beach terrace was lovely, and my wife said it was the best one we had on our trip. There’s nearby parking, which is practical. We had a third-floor room with a balcony and sea view, and it was idyllic. There’s no lift, but the hotel has plenty of character. This was the highlight of all our stays on our Croatian coast road trip: a lovely old hotel in a great location, with friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast was amazing, with croissants, beautifully arranged yogurts, and a central spread of cheeses, meats, and fish. You could also order warm options like eggs with vegetables at no extra charge. The restaurant sits by the beach with a wonderful view, and the coffee machine was essential for my morning coffee, or two. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and their genuine smiles stuck with us. We were welcomed with a personalized letter, which had a small spelling mistake in our surname, but it still made us smile. The two postcards were a thoughtful touch, one for us to keep and another to send. And the pizza we ordered when we arrived turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever had. The room had a distinctive style and high ceiling that suited the hotel, though it wasn’t spotlessly clean. The toiletries were fantastic. One lamp didn’t work, but fortunately the other one did. There was no lift, which may matter to some guests, though it wasn’t a problem for me. We arrived in the middle of a storm, so I’m looking forward to returning in better weather. There were a few small issues, but the food and thoughtful touches left a lasting impression. I’d definitely recommend it and hope to experience the stay again.

The sea-facing location and restaurant views are the best parts. The hotel is beautiful, with clean, spacious rooms that are serviced daily, and breakfast is plentiful and varied. Thank you to Ana at reception and to the cleaning staff for finding the belongings my daughter forgot and mailing them to Austria. We really appreciate their honesty and kindness. 🙏💛
