We felt right at home in the room for two, with all its comforts. It was spotless, with pressed sheets, a spacious bathroom, amenities, a kettle, coffee, tea, and cutlery. The fridge even had water, beer, fruit, biscuits, and more. Thank you so much, signora Alida, for being so kind and welcoming us. We hope to return to beautiful Opatija soon! Marah & Mr.D

This is a small family business with only 1-2 rooms available. The location is good, just 5-10 minutes on foot from lungomare. Our room was clean, and the staff were very kind.

We got good value for money, right by the sea, and the people were very nice.

The owner was kind and helpful, and the house is just 50 meters from the seafront and 5 minutes from the bus station. My room was clean and comfortable, with a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, kettle, microwave, and some extras like coffee, oil, and herbal teas. There was also a bottle of water, biscuits, and sweets waiting for me.

We had a wonderful weekend and would love to return. The owners were very friendly and spoke German. After we called, they met us on the main road and let us use the hotel owner's parking space. Our room and bathroom were clean, and they welcomed us with water, beer, and schnapps. The hotel is very central, only a few meters from the main road. 👍
