Villa Kelly with amazing view

Just perfect!

The view is breathtaking, the kind you have to see for yourself. There were 14 of us, with space to spare. Karolina greeted us with lots of useful tips about things to do and places to go. Alen, who cleaned the pool every day, was also around to answer questions and was a really friendly guy. I'd easily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The view is genuinely beautiful, and the setting is quiet, with the promenade only a few minutes away by car. The pool was clean and cleaned daily, though some missing mosaic tiles left sharp edges. A few children got small cuts on their toes. In August 2023, we found the online photos didn't quite reflect reality. Parts of the house and rooms are showing their age, although everything was clean and the kitchen equipment was good. There were also some safety concerns: several outlets were loose, cables stuck out of walls, and the ground-floor kitchen counter support bent easily when bumped. The air conditioning worked for three days on the ground floor and in the penthouse, then gradually stopped cooling, and it was almost unbearable by departure day. There were two umbrellas for six adults and six children because the third had apparently blown away in a storm. Luckily, we'd brought beach umbrellas. The trampoline had no net, leaving the pole sockets exposed and dangerous, and the swing lounger was missing its sunshade canopy. We made a makeshift one with a towel and clothespins.

The house had plenty of room for everyone, and the view was unbeatable by day, especially in the evening. We felt very comfortable and had a perfect vacation at Villa Kelly. Karolina was a wonderful contact, always available to help and quick to sort out questions. She also coordinated everything when we treated ourselves to a chef for one evening. Downstairs, the kitchen even had a refrigerator with an ice maker, and the pool was great and cleaned daily. We're so grateful everything went smoothly and would love to return.
