Voloshko Street is just below, with its galleries and fresh seafood restaurants, and it’s a lovely area for a walk. The beach is about 15 minutes away on foot, while reaching the center takes 20-30 minutes. Prices are reasonable for Opatija, and the place has what a tourist needs, along with beautiful views. For active travelers, it’s an affordable base for plenty of experiences and a chance to stay healthy.

The landlords were friendly, but parts of the place felt quite neglected and run-down. Some areas were also unclean, and the garden needed attention.

Cramped, messy, and full of mold.
