We stayed for seven nights in mid-September and had a beautiful visit. Our garden room didn’t have a sea view, but the balcony looked out onto lush greenery and felt private and intimate. The house itself is clean, cozy, and surrounded by plants, with a lovely view elsewhere on the property. It’s a romantic spot, and the owner is so welcoming that it feels like visiting a relative instead of staying somewhere booked online. Volosko is a three-minute walk away, with beaches, good restaurants, and the start of the lungomare. Highly recommended!

The location is wonderful, close to the beach, with a stunning view and lovely surroundings. Villa Martina feels very welcoming in Volosko Opatija.

The balcony view is amazing, and the rooms are spacious, each with its own bathroom. It’s in a good location and I’d happily recommend it. The owner is a very nice older lady who speaks a mix of German and English.
