The location was perfect, and for 40 Eur for 2 nights, it was great. The place was simple and clean, with a nice terrace. The furniture was quite old, but everything worked.

A great spot for an off-season stay, with a fair owner and an amazing price. The 47 m² place is lovely, and the parking feels safe. Really, really quiet.

I wouldn't choose this place for a relaxing stay. At most, it might do for a necessary 1-2 nights. The room was supposedly cleaned by 2:00 PM, but the toilet still had brown marks left by previous guests. Conditions were very basic: in the kitchen there was just one mug and one teaspoon for three people, and only one roll of toilet paper. There wasn't even a kettle for making coffee. No liquid soap, towels, or dishwashing liquid either. The kitchen appliances were dirty and worn out beyond repair. The host was unreliable. I asked several times for an invoice for my stay, but he never sent one. After taking my money, I didn't see him again. It seemed clear he rented the property without putting a single euro into the guests' stay.

The beds were comfortable, and the host was friendly and helpful. The decor feels pretty retro, though. There's no air conditioning, but June was still fine. With more modern furnishings, I'd have given it five stars.
