The location worked perfectly for us. The beach is just across the road, and the old town of Pag is only a few minutes away on foot. We had breakfast and dinner included, and I’d sincerely recommend that option. Our spacious room had a balcony with a beautiful view. I also liked the environmentally friendly AC setup. It switches off automatically when the balcony door is open, and works very efficiently once the door is shut. A great stay overall.

The heat in the rooms was awful, and staff were dismissive when we raised it and other poor conditions. The lobby, somehow, was always cold. I contacted the manager several times but got no response through the app or email. The showers were so slippery they had emergency cords in case someone fell. The garage felt like a rip-off, was very dirty and hard to access, and seemed to double as hotel storage. There were only 4-6 free parking spaces that appeared to belong to the hotel, and they were never available. For an adults-only hotel, there were tons of rules. The pool closed at 9 and the lobby bar at 10. Not worth the money.

The beds were good, the AC worked well, and the pool had a lovely sea view. Those were some of the hotel’s four-star qualities. The staff were friendly, which helped make up for some of the shortcomings. The decor and carpeted floors felt very outdated. The dining room had no nice atmosphere, and the food was poorly cooked. The fish was dry, the vegetables bland, and the dining experience didn’t deserve even one star. It was an okay stay, but I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

The animation team was good, and the rooms were okay. The view was kind of bad unless you enjoy looking at the other hotel. The AC is locked at a minimum of 23 degrees Celsius, and there are cracks in several places. There’s no parking because space is extremely limited, and there’s no service after 23:00. In the afternoon and evening the receptionists are like ghosts, with the only available person at the nearby Pagus hotel. The pools badly need cleaning, and the risk of food poisoning feels high. For some probably obscure practical reason, the path from the first floor to the bar and pool is locked even though it’s the fire escape route. Someone should check that.

I felt welcome and comfortable here. The service was really nice, and the staff were always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and great, and the location is central in Pag City. Great hotel, can only recommend. Keep up the good work!
