Zana Apartments

I described everything in detail on a popular booking site, where my information is listed, and I'm writing this with full responsibility. If you're hoping for a peaceful vacation, be careful about staying here. We couldn't sleep because there was a party at the resort and the smell of marijuana. I don't know if it was the owner or the owners' teenagers, possibly their children, but either way, having an apartment didn't help us get a decent night's sleep. The next day they told us we had to switch apartments because regular guests were coming. I was stunned by how ignorant they were. I'm glad we were only there for two days. Best regards, Tomasz. God forbid! People, stay away! We booked through Booking.com, paid the full amount plus a currency conversion fee, and arrived to find that the apartment we'd reserved had been sold to other people that same day. At the agreed arrival time, they canceled our reservation over the phone, leaving us without money or a roof over our heads in peak season. When we called Booking.com, the person who answered stopped picking up after learning about the problem, apparently turning off her phone. We were waiting for a refund. The money came back two days later, but not the conversion fee, about 200 PLN. It's impossible to describe the experience. Avoid this property and prepaid stays. No one is responsible, and our vacation was ruined.

They confirmed our reservation through Booking.com and took our money, but when we arrived there was no room for us because the apartment had been rented to someone else. This is the worst place in the world. I strongly advise against staying here. Our vacation was ruined!

The owner arranged a reservation of around €500 on WhatsApp, then asked me for €700. I notified Booking.com, but the staff washed their hands of it. If the owner cancels, the reservation apparently isn't guaranteed. Don't trust them.
