Apartments Kukin

The kitchen was poorly stocked, and what little cookware there was felt old, dirty, and worn. The apartment as a whole needs renovation and a thorough clean. I was especially disappointed by the state of the floor, which was dusty and dirty, and the sofa cover smelled unwashed. Water had also swollen the laminate in front of the bedroom balcony door. The apartment entrance door was damaged and wouldn't stay shut unless locked, yet even then there was about a centimeter of space between the door and its frame.

There are plenty of ways to explore the lovely area, on foot, by bike, or by car, and the hosts were very pleasant. The bird sanctuary ticket also covers the bird observatory, Kamenjak viewpoint, and Prosika nature trail. It's a shame it only works on the day you buy it, though we still enjoyed visiting all three. We had a good stay in this pleasant accommodation in a quiet part of Pakoštane, by Lake Vransko and farther from the sea. The surroundings are beautiful, and the hosts are kind. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants an active holiday instead of spending the whole time lying on the beach.
