The house and pool are lovely, but the area around them is still a major construction site as of mid-2025. New homes are going up, there aren't proper roads yet, and weekday work happens right over the hedge, so it can be noisy and not very relaxing. The photos on booking sites don't show this. It should be fab when everything's finished, if it ever is, but for now be ready for a bumpy drive. The house itself also feels a bit clinical, with no tea towels, and it could use a welcome folder plus extra bin bags and toilet rolls.

A peaceful little spot near Poreč, with a brand new house, wellness facilities and a big pool. Just right for a vacation.
