Apartments Vuceric

We cooked several meals in the ground-floor apartment and tried the outdoor grill too. There were four of us for eight days, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The landscaped garden was lovely; we usually sat outside in the lit gazebo in the evenings. Many thanks to the owners!

We were really happy with our five nights here. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, terrace, oven, and shade. You can walk to Peroj beach, and Fazana is five minutes away, with Pula about fifteen minutes away.

The stars are for the clean, cozy apartment and its atmosphere, not for the hosts. We stayed August 3rd to 9th, three adults, and the place itself was very clean and comfortable. My parents and children, aged 5 and 9, were at the neighboring campsite. We told the owners in advance that the kids might visit and asked if that was okay. They said it was no problem, though earlier they’d already objected when the three of us sat on the terrace chatting normally until 12:30 a.m. with very quiet music, because the owner had to go to bed. 😅 When the children came over, they played around, but nothing excessive. After just 20 minutes, at 9 p.m., the owner came over very upset. Despite having said visits were fine, and despite the apartment supposedly being rented to families, he complained that the kids were too loud, would ruin everything, and that he could hear them walking upstairs. He came back again after they started playing, even though we’d sent them inside and given them their phones to keep things quiet. I finally confronted him and said I’d leave and wanted my money back. He was taken aback and calmed down for a while, then apologized the next morning. I asked him to show me where the website says children aren’t allowed or that guests have to be quiet. I still wouldn’t recommend this place to families. The beach is best reached by car too, since the way back is all uphill.

The owners have put so much care into the apartment, the house, and the garden, down to the smallest details, and they share that warmth with their guests. My family loved it, all five of us, two adults and three children. Five out of five stars. I’d happily come back again and again. Thanks for everything!
