The pool and the whole area around it are wonderful, with flower and tree filled gardens that provide lovely shade. The beach umbrella is only a seven-minute walk away. The apartment was beautiful and extremely clean, and everyone was so lovely and friendly. I'd give Pansion Berat 100 stars.

We've returned to this guesthouse for years because it's just wonderful. The owners are warm and friendly, and the location is very central, with plenty nearby, including beaches and shops. The value for money is excellent too. Definitely worth visiting! 😍👍

We were very satisfied with our stay. The two-bedroom apartment had a bathroom in each room, plus a kitchen with a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher, and wifi. The whole guesthouse had been renovated this year. From the balcony we could see the sea and the pool in the yard. The sea is 900 m away, whether you walk or drive, and Peroj has several uncrowded beaches. It was peaceful and quiet. Thank you, Marta, Gunther and the children :)

The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, and the sea view is fantastic. The location is very central, between Fazana, Pula, and Rovinj. As always, the apartment was lovely, clean, and superbly equipped. Thanks, we'll be back!
