We barely slept because of a wedding with loud music, shouting, and singing that went on all night. Nobody warned us it was happening, and opening the window, as reception suggested, just let all the noise in. The room was 32 degrees Celsius, with the heater running and no air conditioning, and reception said it couldn't be switched off. For somewhere supposedly rated four stars, this was a joke. The worst hotel I've stayed in. Don't waste your money, even one star feels too generous.

The pool was cool, and the hotel was clean with comfortable beds and friendly service. There's free parking, and Peroj Beach isn't too far away.

We only stayed one night, and that was enough. The room's air conditioner didn't cool at all, just made a loud fan noise that kept us awake. Other rooms had the same issue, and several guests asked reception for help. They said the hotel's AC hadn't been turned on yet and they couldn't do anything. There were very few vegetarian options, the location was very bad, and the pool was only about a meter deep.

Breakfast was a big disappointment and nowhere near a three-star standard. There was hardly any choice: just two kinds of cereal, no plant milk, and no fresh juice, only the machine stuff. The machine coffee tasted like desert sand. Even the honey and marmalade came in little packages that felt like something from the socialist era.

The staff were so friendly, especially Milijana at the restaurant and bar, and the food was well prepared. The wellness area was great too. Our room was clean and roomy enough, and the balcony had a really nice view. I'd recommend it to anyone.
