Apartments Toka

I paid the owner on the day I arrived, but the next day he tried to run me off the road because he’d forgotten. He’s a thief. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We spent the whole weekend at Toka and were pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, functional, and well kept, with no damage that we could find. The pool was clean, and the sauna and jacuzzi worked perfectly. The beach is a few minutes away on foot, two well-stocked shops are about two minutes away, and right across from the entrance there’s a delicious restaurant run by the same owners. They served homemade food and were helpful, even with things like getting ice for our drinks. The owner was nice, though she wouldn’t let us leave our luggage before or after check-in. We also missed having basic supplies like salt, sugar, and tea.

Edo and his wife are wonderful hosts. They have a great old Dalmatian-style kitchen.

There’s plenty of space, and the apartment is comfortable, including for two children. It’s also well located, close to the beach. The owner seems to pay little attention to the property and the area around it, and cleanliness needs work.
