It has what you need, including air conditioning, a fridge, and a balcony, and it's close to the sea. The stay was good and not expensive. Just keep in mind that the downstairs bar stays open until 1 at night, so it may be noisy for some people.

We won't be coming back. Our apartment for six was newly furnished and well equipped, and it was near the beach and center, but it was the dirtiest place we've ever rented. It hadn't been cleaned at all. There was hair everywhere, on the floors and beds. We mopped the floor ourselves, and the mop came up black. The bathroom was dirty too, and it looked like the shower hadn't been cleaned in years. Such a shame. The owner didn't seem to care either. If it had been clean, I would have given it four stars, but I definitely would not recommend it.

I couldn't believe anyone would serve food like this. The pizza was disgusting, and the calamari pasta was completely inedible. Worst food I've ever tasted.

We stayed for five days and had a great time. Everything was neat and clean, and there's a lovely view from the apartment. Parking is free. It was cool enough to sleep comfortably at night, and during the day we managed fine without the air conditioning by making a draft and keeping the thick curtains closed against the sun. Julija was wonderful, open, cheerful, and always smiling. On the ground floor there's Moon, a pizzeria, spaghetti place, and coffee bar. Prices are excellent, and the food is delicious. I recommend the Moon pizza and mixed meat. We enjoyed staying there and eating at Moon. The beaches in Petrčan are great; we sunbathed at the hotel beach, which is beautiful and well located. There are a Konzum Mali and a Bakmaz shop across from each other. Be nice to the ladies at Konzum and they'll be kind to you too. For parents with small children or people who can't swim, here's a useful tip: the beach is only a nine-minute walk away. When you reach the main road, turn left toward Zaton, not right toward Zadar. That smaller beach is sandy, and the sea is too. I'm short, and I walked in for quite a while before the water came above my belly button. We'll come again next year.
