For our family, Marijanka Holiday Home in Zadar County has become a must on the map. We've been back three times now, and it feels like home. The Host is warm and helpful, and replies to every message. The place is well equipped, and it also makes a great base for different trips around central Dalmatia.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this house. It's a quiet spot, with restaurants and shops nearby, the sea 100 meters away, and the nearest beach 500 meters off. The landlady was friendly and helpful throughout. The house has two apartments, rented together, which worked really well for our two families. Downstairs there's a lovely terrace that's partly covered, while upstairs has a sunny balcony; both have awnings. There are mosquito nets on the doors and windows. Parking for two cars is outside the property, about 50 meters away. Just be aware the streets leading to the house and parking are narrow.

A beautiful area, and the sea is close by. I especially recommend the apartments to two families traveling together. They had all the amenities listed in the offer.

The apartments are a great fit for families or friends who want to spend time together while still having separate space. They're clean, well kept, nicely equipped, and finished to a very good standard. The location is charming, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and beaches nearby. We were here for the second time in this part of Croatia and would gladly stay with this host again. They were very friendly and always quick to answer our questions.
