Villa Plano

We felt right at home here and would happily return. The host was exceptionally friendly and attentive, surprising us with a BBQ when we arrived and bringing fresh fruit from his garden throughout the week. The house matched its description and feels almost brand new. It’s modern, well equipped and very well maintained, with air conditioning that kept things comfortable indoors on hot days. Highly recommended.

Everything was very clean and well cared for, inside and out. The house had all we needed, and so did the outdoor area. The air-conditioned rooms and the pool with its massage and counter-current system were top notch. We had a wonderful week in this beautiful villa. The welcome meal and chilled drinks were a lovely start, and the host shared lots of useful information along with home-grown fruit and vegetables. We can recommend the villa without reservation. The road to the house was a bit bumpy because of roadworks, and there’s a quarry nearby, though it didn’t bother us. Inside, the house is charmingly furnished and has everything you could need. The pool was very clean, with Tihomir cleaning it every day before we got up. We also regularly had fresh fruit and vegetables from the owners’ garden for breakfast. After our long journey, Tihomir welcomed us with cool drinks in the fridge, even though it was 40.5°C outside. He showed us around with lots of helpful information, then surprised us with dinner that evening. He also shared tips about excursions and nice beaches. Whenever we had a question or problem, he was there to help. It was a wonderful holiday, and we’ll definitely come back, next time by plane. The villa itself is great, but the business side was terrible. The location is less appealing too. It’s between two mines, so you should expect constant noise. We paid a €500 cash deposit when we arrived. The landlord wanted to keep €100 for five broken glasses in the IKEA price range. Pool heating and air conditioning were charged separately, even though the listing described the rooms as air-conditioned. For nearly €6,000 for two weeks, that billing approach seems highly questionable. We were disappointed and wouldn’t recommend the villa. Your unprofessional reply to a guest review should speak for itself, but I won’t let the lies stand. You inspected the house while we were still there, not after we left, and tried to charge us €100 for the broken glasses. What about the alleged broken chair and plastic pool cover? I haven’t heard anything about those. As I said, unprofessional!
