The host was kind and very helpful, and told us about a small trail with views over the area and especially the waterfalls from the park. We also had a pleasant dinner at her small restaurant. Our clean room had a big smart TV, comfortable beds, a clean bath, and reliable hot water. Perfect location and a perfect stay.

Villa Prica is a beautiful place, quiet and lovely even though it's close to the park. We enjoyed our stay there. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and they even prepared a bed for my baby. The service was amazing and really personal.

It's family-run, with clean, nice rooms and excellent service and attention. The breakfast was nice, too. It's very close to entrance 3 of Plitvice Lakes Reserve.

The hosts were genuinely welcoming and kind, which made our stay near Plitvice Lakes even nicer. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the park entrance was only a few minutes away by car. Breakfast costs extra, but it was well worth it: homemade, varied, and delicious. A lovely place to stay while visiting the area, and highly recommended.

The family runs three guest houses, and one has a small restaurant with a pleasant breakfast buffet. We spent two nights here and found the rooms spacious, modern, and clean. There’s a lovely garden with a little spot to relax, too. The staff were warm and friendly, and gave us useful information and tips for a great visit to the National Park. It’s a cozy place near the Lakes, with gate 3 within walking distance. I’d happily recommend it.
