MORENIA All Inclusive Resort

The beach was nice and the Wi-Fi worked well. The room was decent, just smaller than the photos suggested, and there were two really cute cats around the hotel :) But my stay was quite disappointing. The restaurant was very loud, more like a school cafeteria, and often there wasn’t anywhere to sit. The iced tea tasted watered down, and the food was almost always the same with very little variety. Drinks were self-service at the alcohol station, with no cocktails provided, so you had to mix your own in plastic cups. The staff weren’t especially friendly. There was no “do not disturb” sign for the door, and the rooms looked much bigger in the photos than they were. Most guests seemed older, and there wasn’t anything to do nearby. For a good bar or nightlife, you have to drive all the way to Makarska.

The sunset view was the one truly amazing thing about the stay. After dark, the whole place gets very quiet, and there don't seem to be any activities. The food selection at the all-inclusive hotel also felt too limited, and paying extra for parking here seems ridiculous. The hotel needs some improvement.

The villas are lovely, and the food was decent. The buffet gets chaotic, though. If you don't arrive right when it opens, finding a table is almost impossible. Dessert choices were especially limited, and the staff could keep the buffet areas and serving utensils cleaner as they start looking pretty unpleasant after a while. The buffet team also didn't seem very focused on helping guests. It was an okay stay, and sorting out the buffet and cleanliness could make it excellent.

The pools were great, and having toilets right beside them was handy. The beaches are beautiful, too, and the loungers there are free. Breakfast, brunch, and dinner all had tasty, varied options, and the staff were both professional and really friendly. I stayed in May 2025. The room was modern, spacious, and clean, though the small, uncovered balcony felt insecure, as if it were hanging. This hotel also isn't suitable for people with limited mobility or those who can't get around on their own. The bar by the pool could have been cleaner.
