We had a great time in Croatia, and the landlord was very easy to reach. The location is great and everything was clean. A perfect family holiday spot :) Just book this hotel and enjoy 🥰❤️

The place didn’t match the listing. The pictures were misleading, and the claims about how close the grocery store was were false. When we asked to shorten our stay, we were refused a refund for the days we wouldn’t use. Booking accepted our request to shorten the stay because it wasn’t as expected or advertised, then said the refund was up to the renter’s good will. She refused to refund the last 6 days. So the claim that this was Booking policy simply isn’t true, and we have emails from Booking support to prove it ;)
