Apartments King 2

I travel about ten times a year, and this was the worst place I’ve stayed, staff included. The internet was slow or poor quality throughout our 10-day stay, and there was no room cleaning during that time. The room had no warm blanket, the lighting was awful, just two dim bulbs, and there were no outlets by the bed. One outlet was behind the closet. There were basic things we couldn’t readily get. We had to ask Kata for toilet paper and paper towels when they ran out, and she gave us one of each. An extra towel needed the boss’s permission, and even using an iron came with “your personal” responsibility. There weren’t even two wine glasses in the kitchen. When we arrived, the kitchen tiles were greasy and stained, and the kettle looked battered and smelled bad. The beach is nearby, but the usable strip is only about 15 by 3 meters, and half of it belongs to a restaurant. Restaurant staff kept coming out and shouting that guests were taking the area reserved for their holidaymakers. No one explained the boundaries at check-in or sent a message about them, and they weren’t marked, so guests from this hotel would take a spot and then have their mood spoiled by the restaurant staff. Kata seemed completely unprofessional and unable to answer direct questions. When I asked why nobody had warned us about the visually unmarked beach boundaries, she responded along the lines of “what do you want from me?” or “I am sick.”
