The only real positives were that the Wi-Fi worked and the terrace had a lovely sea view. The rest was a big disappointment, and the website photos don't match reality. The rooms are small, poorly equipped, and feel like they're from the 1990s. The bathroom is tiny, uncomfortable, and has almost nothing in it. The bed is hard, the terrace chairs are uncomfortable, and the kitchen had no electric kettle, just a bare minimum of mugs, cutlery, and plates. Cleanliness wasn't good, and the terrace door looked close to wearing out. When we arrived, the staff seemed confused and unprepared. The air-conditioning remote was missing and took half an hour to find. There was also a problem with the stove, and we waited another half hour for it to be sorted. They did resolve these issues, but it made a very unprofessional first impression. The rooms need a proper renovation, more comfortable furniture, and better equipment, including an electric kettle. I'm very disappointed by how different the place was from what I expected.

The sea views and the location right by the water were stunning. It's worth knowing, though, that the nearest decent shops are 30 km away. We arrived at 2:00 PM as arranged, but the apartment wasn't ready, so we were asked to return in an hour. At 3:30 it still wasn't ready, and we finally got in at 4:30. It was shockingly unclean. The staff dealt with the problems as soon as we complained, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The furnishings didn't match the photos, the mattresses were old and worn, and the balcony chairs were extremely uncomfortable.

We stayed in the same house as Cico and Igor. The photos didn't match what we found at first, with a different sofa and balcony, so check carefully what you're booking. We stayed anyway and had a lovely holiday, with excellent service. There was often a great yacht in front of the house, and swimming was possible right outside the door. Sometimes the water or electricity went off. The terrace chairs needed covers because they stained the paint. The shower and second toilet were good, though there was an odor because the siphon was missing. Shops were 30 kilometers away.

The pictures were misleading: they showed two balconies, but we had only one. The advertised bay is nearby, though you can't get there on foot or by car. For a few euros, an employee will take you there by boat. The apartment was filthy when we arrived. Even the glasses packed in a small plastic bag were dirty, as were the other dishes, and the pans were dented and scratched. We got no fresh bath towels during our 10 days, and they wouldn't provide toilet paper when we asked. The beds were held together with duct tape, and the doors between our apartment and the neighboring rooms were taped shut. They charged €1000 for this. Paint was peeling off the balcony chairs, and it clearly wasn't a new issue: the armchairs already had a fourth coat of lacquer. I'm curious what it'll be like next year when the euro is introduced and they most likely try to charge even more.
