If you booked through Booking, you may have seen the place listed as Nikola Apartments. I'm not sure why the name changed. The first photo doesn't match the location, and searching Google for Apartments Rubin brings up more reviews.

Nikola's apartment is tiny, and the outdoor tables aren't pleasant to use because of the bad smells. The location itself is lovely, right by the sea. Staff weren't always friendly, either, and kayak and similar equipment rentals cost far too much.
