Villa Dama

Klimno is a small, peaceful resort town, and the house made a nice base for relaxing and exploring Krk. The owner communicated well and even stopped by with a bottle of wine. The bedrooms and bathrooms work well for a family, though less so for friends sharing, since two of the three bathrooms are off the hallway rather than attached to bedrooms. The bedroom TVs worked, but the living room one stayed broken despite several repair attempts by the owner and some acquaintances. The online photos use flattering angles, so the house feels smaller in person than they suggest. The built-in floor air conditioning took a little getting used to, and there were a few mold spots downstairs, apparently because the previous guests hadn’t aired it out properly.
