We had a great vacation, and Claudio, the owner, was very helpful. Villa Zuccon has a lovely, well-kept garden and a very clean, large pool, with space for big groups or families. The house is split into two separate units, one upstairs and one downstairs. It's close to everything, though you can't swim right in front of the villa because the water is shallow and muddy. There are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby.

We had an awesome time at this villa. It suits larger groups well, and the owner was very nice and helpful. The lagoon isn't suitable for swimming, but there are lovely beaches a short drive away.

The garden is a huge, tidy olive grove with soft grass, and the pool was warm and clean. The house itself is large, comfortable, clean, and very well equipped, right by the bay. The owners were kind and, though they live next door, we barely noticed them. It's handy for a restaurant, the port, a nearby glamping site, and the beach. The bay in front isn't suitable for swimming or for children to splash in, but you can use a pedal boat. The poolside pebbles weren't very comfortable, and smooth tiles would be better. Some of the planted trees partly block the bay view, which is one of the lovely things about the place, so it'd be nice to see a little more of it. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and would gladly return. Congratulations and best wishes to the owners! EMJK

The photos matched what we found, and we were able to properly relax during a wonderful vacation. The owner is friendly, shows up at the property from time to time, and deals with any problems right away. Being near Pula also made shopping easy.
