Alessio Premium Rooms

The staff were gentle and kind, and the rooms were new and perfectly clean. For what you pay, you get a lot, and the place felt luxurious. We loved it on our first visit and will come back. There was some noise from loud people in the stairwell, and the toilet seat was a bit loose.

We found a couple of rooms at the last minute, and they were modern, clean, and kept at just the right temperature with very gentle air conditioning. The woman who prepared them was super friendly. The location is right in the center. Would recommend!

The rooms looked just like the online photos and were clean, but our stay had a lot of problems. There was no hot water, and the air conditioning was broken. The manager made no effort to sort it out quickly, and it was only fixed after we contacted Booking.com. Even then, it didn’t cool the room. Parking was a disaster, both getting a permit and figuring out where to leave the car. The receptionist didn’t speak English. During our five days, we got just one set of fresh towels. The owner was hard to reach and rude, and seemed not to care about the hotel anymore. He left the employees without support, and things there were going wrong.

Alessio Rooms left us very disappointed. The hosts weren’t accommodating, and the safe key didn’t fit the safe. Our room was tiny and noisy, with an uncomfortable bed that felt like an air mattress, not the king-size bed described. The toilet seat was far too small and hung over the edge, and the toilet door wouldn’t lock.
