We had a comfortable bed, a great shower, and a nice balcony with seating. The apartment was modern and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, though its narrow layout made cooking awkward. It's a one-bedroom place on the first floor in Porec's Spadici district. We had trouble figuring out which apartment was ours at first since none are numbered, but calling the agent cleared it up. Communication with the agent was good.

The price was really good for what you get, and parking is close by. It's a short walk to the beach, around 5 to 10 minutes, though nearby construction made it a bit longer at the time. Shops, a bakery, and restaurants are close too. The apartment was spotless, with a well-stocked kitchen, a big TV that was great for the football WC, and a pleasant, tucked-away terrace.

The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. I had a pleasant balcony to sit on, and local amenities were nearby. I was left to myself, which suited me well. A very good place to stay.

We were able to drop off our luggage in the morning and check in straight away. The owner was helpful whenever we had a question. The apartment is spacious, good value, and furnished in a modern style, with more than enough furnishings.

Our large dog was welcomed warmly, for €15 per night. On our first day, the owner gave us a map of her favorite places in Istria, and she was incredibly friendly. The apartment itself was beautiful and spotless. Highly recommended! 👍
