We couldn’t stay in the apartment because there was cat hair in the bed, a serious issue as our child is allergic. We photographed the accommodation and reported it to the host. The landlord denied that there was any hair, despite the clear photos, and wouldn’t refund us for a place we couldn’t use. Instead of handling the situation professionally or with understanding, she tried to avoid responsibility. Fortunately, Booking and Euro Tours Poreč were fair and professional: an agency employee heard our complaint, checked what happened, and arranged a refund because we hadn’t spent a single night there. Given the hygiene problem and how unpleasant the experience was, I can’t recommend this place, especially to families with children or people with allergies.

There’s no notice anywhere that the hosts have pets. We couldn’t use the apartment or stay overnight because we found cat hair in the bed, which was a particularly serious problem with our child’s allergy. We took photos straight away and reported it. The host denied the obvious and said there was no hair, even though we had photos. Rather than respond professionally and with understanding, she tried to avoid responsibility. Thankfully, Booking, and especially Euro Tours Poreč, acted fairly and professionally. The agency employee listened, checked the situation, and arranged a refund since we didn’t use the accommodation for even one night. Because of the unsanitary conditions and unpleasant experience, I can’t recommend it, especially for families with children or anyone with allergies.

The owners were very friendly, and the outdoor terrace was lovely. The apartment had everything we needed, and the air conditioning in the kitchen was enough to cool the bedrooms. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach and around 20 minutes to Porec.

The beach is roughly 10 minutes away. Inside, the apartment was clean and very spacious. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but otherwise it was perfectly fine. I recommend it.

At that price, THIS apartment is unacceptable. The pictures say it all!
