Apartments Marizela

There were five of us, three adults, a teenager and a toddler, and we’d love to return. The owner was incredibly friendly, and the apartments were fantastic. Everything was spotless, and the location was ideal for the sea, beach, town and shopping.

The owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The house is renovated and well equipped. We’d love to come back.

We stayed with Marizela in 2021 and hoped to book again the next year, but the landlord never replied. The website price had also tripled, which didn't seem worth paying since the apartment isn't equipped to match that kind of price.

The area around the apartment is in rough shape, especially the Spadici district. Much of the beach looks neglected, and the old buildings and slide seem like they should have been removed before getting into worse condition. Inside, the furnishings feel like they date from around 1970. Everything is old, and the kitchen has almost no dishes, coffee maker, or toaster. At €104, that's unacceptable. The location itself is good, but the noise was awful. Other residents, often Croatian, behaved very badly, and the landlady didn't seem to care when they kept disturbing everyone. It was the worst holiday we've had in a long time. We won't return.
