The host was very polite, and the beach is roughly 500 metres away. Just keep in mind that, for now, payment is cash only.

The beach is only 150 metres from the property, and restaurants are close by too. It’s about a 20-minute walk into the city. The location was great, and the place was nicely decorated.

The owners were warm and helpful, and the apartment is easy to reach on foot from Poreç centre, around 1.5 km away. The beach is about 500 metres off, and it’s a shared public beach. Spadici beach has a bar and snack bar, an ice cream place, restaurants at the hotels along the shore, plus plenty of souvenir and beach shops selling swimming and diving gear. This is the only sandy beach; elsewhere you’ll find pebbles, stones, or rocks. Nearby you can also find two bakeries, three restaurants, three ice cream parlors, and three supermarkets, including Konsum and Plodine. If you’d rather not drive to Poreč, you can take a bicycle taxi for €8 round trip for up to two people, or ride the tourist train bus for €2.50 each way per person. Have fun in Poreč!

The apartment was tidy and had what we needed for a few people. A shop and bakery are nearby, and the location is good. A little powder was missing, and some showers swung between water that was too hot and too cold. A few doors wouldn't shut completely. The owner was fine, and I’d recommend the place.
