We loved the quiet setting and the outdoor space at Villa BeLexo in Dracevac, especially the pool, terrace, and garden. It was easy to relax there, have a slow breakfast, or wind down in the evening. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s a peaceful, private spot, but still close to Poreč, beaches, restaurants, and beach bars. We also found it well placed for trips to Rovinj, Vrsar, Pula, Motovun, and Novigrad. The modern house is tastefully furnished and very well cared for, with a clear focus on quality and comfort. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Villa BeLexo was a lucky find for our relaxing Croatian holiday, with a pool and a high standard of furnishings in a quiet part of Istria. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Five stars for sure!

The garden and pool are a dream, and since the garden is fully fenced, the villa worked perfectly for a relaxing trip with our dog. We were also really impressed by how clean everything was, and the amenities were just right. A 10/10 for the host. We’re so grateful for the helpful tips and friendly communication, which made the holiday perfect.

The location made it easy to explore the area, while the surroundings stayed wonderfully peaceful. Our dog was welcomed warmly and loved the garden as much as we did. We spent ten days at Villa BeLexo in May and really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The owner was especially lovely, always available and helpful without ever being intrusive. We felt welcome and well looked after straight away. A truly wonderful stay!

We felt right at home in Mr. Grübel's cozy villa and would happily return. It was spotless, had all the essentials, and we appreciated the thoughtful little details. The peaceful setting was especially nice, while still being close to the center of Poreč. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their tips made exploring the area easier. I highly recommend staying here.

We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, and I’d absolutely recommend this lovely house. My sister and I stayed from September 7th to 14th, 2025, and the villa was modern, well kept, and equipped with everything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable. We especially enjoyed the fantastic pool and spacious terrace, which was perfect for relaxing, as well as the location. The hosts were very friendly, always available, and shared lots of useful tips. A heartfelt thank you to Marija, and many thanks to the hosts! Five stars.
