We keep coming back to Poreč, to the Spadiči district, because it's a peaceful area with a great location. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. Materada beach is a 20-minute walk away. The house is lovely and sits in a garden. Mrs. Alma, the owner, has an apartment on the first floor right by the stairs. It isn't marked, so when we arrived we were a little unsure who was hosting us. Our apartment no. 2 was clean and nicely furnished, with plenty of bath towels, regular towels and tea towels. The shaded terrace was beautiful. In the kitchen there was an electric kettle, coffee maker and fridge with a small freezer, but no microwave. There were enough dishes for two. It also had air conditioning, a TV and reliable internet. The mattresses were 20 cm high, but softer than we like.

It's close to the beach, with secure parking and good value for money. The location is good. I'd recommend it.
