We arrived in the evening and ended up taking a cold shower because there was no hot water. The receptionist asked us to wait until 9:30 pm, saying the system wasn’t heating properly because all the guests had showered. Waiting didn’t help.

The rooms and location look beautiful in the pictures, but our reservation, made over the phone, hadn’t been logged. The hotel boss had forgotten to record it, so we had to find somewhere else to stay just one day before our trip. Call every few days to make sure they’ve got your booking.

Pavle at reception was super friendly, and so was all the staff. The rooms are nicely decorated, and there’s a buffet breakfast and restaurants nearby. It’s right in the city center, though rooms facing the street can get noisy. Paid parking is available, about a 10-minute walk away.

We booked at short notice and were pleasantly surprised. Even with 32 degrees outside, the air conditioning kept the room comfortable. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast came with the stay, and while the buffet looked small, the food quality made up for it.

We had a clean, comfortable room on the third floor. It was hot when we arrived on a warm day in May, and we had to ask the staff to switch on the air conditioning, but they did it quickly. The shower was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Since we had to leave before breakfast, they packed us a nice lunch to go.
