Villa Evita

We've stayed at Villa Evita three times, each time with friends, and have enjoyed it every time. The pool is lovely and clean, and the kitchen has everything you need. There's also a really good restaurant on site 😋. The owner gets back to you very quickly with any questions. Thanks so much.

A small village shop is nearby, while everything else is only a few minutes away in Poreč. We had a wonderful time in Istria and at Villa Evita. It's quiet, there's lots of room even for a big family, and the owners are helpful. When we had complaints, they dealt with them straight away. Peak-season prices aren't low, and I would've liked the pool to be maintained more often.

The service was excellent. Whenever we reported an issue, someone was there to help right away. Poreč and the supermarkets are very close, too. We were very satisfied overall, but the mosquitoes were a major problem. It was hard to spend any time outside, even in the daytime, and the window screens were essential. The tall hedges also left the pool quite shady and cold. There was mold in the house, and it spread more as our stay went on, which bothered us especially near the end.

The owner shared lots of ideas for places to go and restaurants, which was great. A little shop with fresh rolls is just a five-minute walk away, and big supermarkets are about five minutes by car. The pool was cleaned twice, and when we asked for another cleaning, it was done within half an hour. We were two families, four adults and four kids, using both floors. There are two big dining tables, one inside and one in the covered outdoor area, plus a nice lounge by the pool. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the furnishings tasteful, and the kitchen well equipped.
