Really great! :)

The villa has plenty of space, including large bedrooms and bathrooms, a roomy kitchen with dining area, and a living room. The pool's depth ranges from 1.2 to 1.5 meters, so the whole family can use it. There's a barbecue and a covered table for evenings together. The nearest restaurant is around a 20-minute walk in Baderna. It's a peaceful spot and a handy base for exploring northern Istria.

We were welcomed warmly and got excellent service throughout our two weeks. Whenever we had a question or request, someone was readily available. Poreč is less than ten minutes away, but the property is tucked away enough to feel completely quiet. We're already hoping to visit again soon. Villa Genia (l), indeed.

The owner was fantastic, and the house had great facilities. We'd happily come back.
