Really top-notch!

We’ve stayed at Apartment Bianca twice in 2025, once from late September into early October and again from late November into early December, in App H and App F. Arrival and departure times are very flexible. If an apartment is free, you can arrive any time, day or night, and extending your stay at short notice is easy if you can’t bring yourself to leave 😊. We’ve had some chilly experiences in Istrian rentals at this time of year, with cold apartments heated only by air conditioning and bathrooms with no heat. Apartment Bianca was a welcome change. Ms. Rosa had switched on the radiators before we arrived, so it was warm, and the bathroom even has underfloor heating. The apartments are well equipped, with everything from hand soap and a dishwasher to an espresso machine and capsules. There’s also a shared laundry room with washers and dryers. The sea and island views are indescribably beautiful, especially from Apartment H. We travel with our two lively dogs, and the large fenced property works perfectly for us. We love walking with them along the coast and through the national park. Here we can stay comfortably in the colder months, away from summer heat and tourist crowds. Rosa looks after everything on site and is incredibly helpful. When we had a medical emergency, she offered straight away to interpret for us at the clinic, even at 3 a.m. Thanks for such a perfect, hassle-free holiday. We’ll definitely be back.

The furnishings, owners, cleanliness, and parking are all fantastic. Honestly, I should give Haus Bianca just one star so fewer people find out about it. Please book somewhere else, so we can come back and it won’t be full 😃

This is our fourth stay, and we’re still thrilled. The apartment is beautifully designed, very clean, and has every comfort we could want, with great service too. Its setting beside the Cape Kamenjak nature reserve makes it ideal for nature lovers. The views are breathtaking, and simply enjoying the surroundings is so relaxing. Thanks, Franz and Rosa 🫶.
