Residence Kamenjak Center

We couldn't stay inside because the apartment smelled so bad. When we raised it, they said it was our problem and nobody tried to fix it. The room didn't seem to have been cleaned before we arrived, either. Parking felt like winning the lottery, and the people here were really arrogant. We ended up sitting on the balcony, unsure what to do. Never again, please.

The owner was kind and helpful. This place works really well for a family or a group of friends.

Parking needs attention: the spaces outside are usable, but there aren't enough, so we often had to leave the car on the street. The ramp down to the garage is much too steep for a large vehicle. Getting to the pool wasn't great either, since you have to cross the whole corridor while wet and there's nowhere to change.

The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, and we had a good stay overall. The apartment is spacious and has plenty of potential, but maintenance and cleanliness let it down. On arrival, the floors were dirty and there were white hairs on the sofa bed, possibly from a dog. There were only three dishes for six people. They said towels would be replaced every two days, but after changing them during the first week, there were no more supplies. The pool was small and cold, and parking wasn't marked, so people parked however they liked. Giving guests their apartment number for parking might prevent problems.
