Villa Rosa Magica

We loved the distinctive stone touches throughout the beautifully designed villa. It was spacious, spotless, and had convenient parking, with a peaceful setting and great hosts. The clean, refreshing pool and roomy outdoor area with a barbecue were perfect for spending time together. It had everything we needed for a great stay, highly recommended.

Villa Rosa was a wonderful place for our vacation, and we'd definitely go back. The owner was friendly, spoke very good English, and was accommodating and helpful. The pool is huge, with lights in the evening that make for a romantic atmosphere. We spent lots of time there with the kids. There's also a terrace with a big table where we ate breakfast and lunch, plus a barbecue that worked great for steaks and cevapcici. The location is excellent, very close to Labin's old town. You can walk into town for dinner or a drink at nearby restaurants. Inside, there's a spacious living room with a big TV and a nice kitchen. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are near the living room, with air conditioning throughout. Upstairs is another large room with its own bathroom. Downstairs, a separate small apartment has one room, a bathroom, a small kitchen, and its own entrance.

We were a group of 8 adults, 3 kids, and 3 toddlers, and Roberto and his family made us feel very welcome. Their care for the villa really shows. The pool, grill, and outdoor seating became our second home, and with the old town and its nice restaurants within walking distance, we didn't even feel we needed to drive to the beach. The villa took our breath away. It looks even more impressive in person than in the photos, which are already something. If you decide not to go, we'll gladly take your place!

The garden and sunset view from the pool were beautiful. Everything felt clean and cozy, and the host was friendly and very helpful. 5/5
