We were there in summer 2023, and I strongly advise against this apartment. The beach is very close, about 30 meters away, but the owners and the way they treated us took away any appeal the place had. They seemed to want us to pay and stay out of their way. They speak only Croatian, with no German or English, and kept picking at things and making problems. The worst was when the owner went through our apartment while we were in Zadar, then started an argument about a broken plate. After a few days we left for another apartment in the same location. Only the next day did we finally feel relaxed.

The balcony view was stunning, especially at moonrise, and the apartment stayed quiet and peaceful despite being centrally located. It’s close to the beach, restaurants and local attractions. Inside, it felt spacious and had a special atmosphere, and everything was exceptionally clean from the moment I arrived. The amenities were top-notch. The hosts were kind and helpful, always ready to answer questions and make sure the stay went smoothly. The apartment surpassed what I’d expected, and I’m left with only good memories. I’ll recommend it to friends and family, and we’re planning to return soon. It deserves the highest rating.

The bakery brings fresh bread right to your door every day, though there’s no shop nearby, so you’ll need a car to reach one. The pool is a nice extra, and the accommodation is extremely clean with all the amenities you need. The owners are caring and very friendly. It’s a wonderfully quiet place to unwind, just steps from the water and beach. There’s natural shade, a sandy stretch and no crowds. I’d definitely recommend it for a peaceful, pleasant holiday. 👍👌

Mara was so welcoming and kind. I had a serious problem at the end of my stay, and she did everything she could to help me. It’s a peaceful, quiet place, and I’d recommend this apartment to anyone traveling in Croatia. Go for it without hesitation!
