Apartment Zdravko

Apartments Zdravko, Gušća 30, Grebaštica (Šibenik) I’ve been coming to Croatia every year for 15 years, and I’ve never dealt with an owner this rude, unfriendly, unpleasant, and dishonest. We paid €1,050 for nine days for three people. I’d booked a 90m² apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms because I like comfort and pay for it. But when we arrived, the owner saw two adults and one child and locked one bedroom and one bathroom. He said two bedrooms were enough for three of us and didn’t care that we’d paid for three. There were no towels, cleaning supplies, mop, or dishcloths. The kitchen was full of old, worn-out junk; there wasn’t even a bucket, and there was no air conditioning. We had one fan, but weren’t allowed to switch on our second one, even though the listing said everything was included. Parking was also listed as included, yet the owner demanded an extra fee, so we left the car by the beach. When two adult friends came to see us, he made them leave after 15 minutes because we weren’t allowed to have anyone on the terrace. Drama!!! We reported the matter to BOOKING on arrival day.
