I rented a ground-floor studio for a week at Carpe Diem Apartments, and the cleanliness was exemplary. The pool is cleaned every day, and the hosts check that everything is okay. There are at least six parking spaces in front of the building, which was plenty. The room had all the equipment we needed, including a kitchen, oven, coffee machine, and ironing board, and maybe a washing machine too for longer stays. It had air conditioning, and even with 32-degree heat outside the temperature never went above 26 degrees inside. Just outside the room there are chairs, a table, and an umbrella for guests, with the pool and loungers only five steps away. There’s a gas barbecue area too. I didn’t miss having a terrace, since a 10-meter walk to the fence gave us a beautiful view of Primošten. A large shop is 400 meters away, though the walk back is uphill. To get to Primošten, you need to drive and use the host’s free parking lot, then walk 400 meters to the old town. I also saw some crazy people running up the hill every 1.4 km 😀. There’s a great viewpoint 2 km away, with the statue of Our Lady of Loreto. I can confidently recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay, with the owners taking care of every detail and always ready to help. We could speak with them in English, and even got by in Polish :) The pool is cleaned daily, and we also appreciated being able to use the gas grill. There’s a shop nearby, along with the best restaurant we tried in Primosten, Santa Marina. Just before we left, we had a stressful flat tire situation, and the owners were incredibly helpful. Their help meant a lot. Best wishes to them, and we’d come back if we get the chance.

The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and the rooms are clean, modern, and air-conditioned. The pool is clean too. There’s a shop and doctor’s office nearby, plus a free parking space near the beach for the apartment. I’d recommend it.

There’s a lovely view of the city, and a reserved parking spot in the city center is a real bonus. The owners are incredibly kind and always willing to help. The apartments are spacious, very well equipped, and spotless. Outside, there’s a nice gas grill, and the owner cleans the pool daily. There are plenty of loungers and umbrellas by it too. We’ll definitely return to Carpe Diem, highly recommended!

The place is modern and clean, and the owners were very helpful. They cleaned the pool every day. It’s in a good spot outside the city, with shops and restaurants close by. We highly recommend the apartment and will definitely be back.
