We stayed six nights and really enjoyed it. Luka was a great host, and the apartment was ideally placed for walking to the beach and old town. The room is small, but the kitchenette had everything we needed, including salt, pepper, oil, soap, towels, and linen. Supermarkets and a food market are walkable too. The 140 cm queen bed was comfortable for the two of us. There is air conditioning, but in September we didn't need it, thanks to the shutters and the balcony only getting morning sun. The room has been modernized, though the building itself seems older, so you may hear some sounds from neighboring apartments, like doors. It was quiet at night, and the area felt calm. The bathroom is a bit older, but, like the main room, it was perfectly clean when we arrived.

Ivana was an incredibly friendly host, ready to help with whatever we needed. The apartment had everything, including free air conditioning, and the beach, town center, and shops were nearby. There's a mini market about 100 meters away and a Konzum around 400 meters away. I really recommend this place.

The owner was friendly and offers an airport shuttle, and the location makes it easy to get to the beach and town center. The apartment was fairly clean. The advertised double bed was only 1.40 m wide, which could feel cramped for two adults. Sound insulation wasn't great either, though that's part of the southern architectural style.

We’ve stayed here twice now and have been happy both times. The apartment is lovely and clean, and having a washing machine was great. The owner was also so helpful with planning our wedding in Primošten, and the gifts were amazing. We’ll always hold this place close to our hearts 🥹

Dogs are welcome here, which mattered a lot to me. The owners have a sweet French bulldog themselves, so they understand what guests travelling with pets need. They’re friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, and the price feels right for what you get. 100/100, completely satisfied.
