Oasis Premium Primosten

We were left with nowhere to stay at midnight after the manager cancelled both apartments in our booking. We’d arrived around 4 pm and had been in the two apartments listed for us until about 10 pm, when the manager came in shouting that we had to leave one because he’d assigned the rooms incorrectly. He yelled, swore at us, and threatened to call the police. We tried to calm things down and asked him to work out a room swap with the other guests. He offered a different apartment, but it didn’t match what we’d paid for: ours had a sea view and balcony, while his offer had neither, at the same price. We didn’t agree to the switch and asked him to cancel through Booking. We moved everyone into the one apartment we still had, then found he’d cancelled both. Since the booking was cancelled, we couldn’t post an honest review there, which may explain the 8.8/10 rating. This was the worst experience we’ve had. Don’t rent here. The sea view, beach, and water are lovely, but the management wastes it all. If you can’t speak reasonably to guests, you shouldn’t be managing a place. Avoid these apartments.
