The agency managing the property was very professional and ready to help, even beyond what we expected. Both the main house and the "guest house" were fully equipped and nicely designed. There are great views from nearly everywhere, including the terraces, houses, and pool. I'd highly recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, luxury vacation by the pool.

With a fantastic view of Primošten, this is a very beautiful house that leaves nothing to be desired 👌🤗

The villa is in a beautiful location, and if you enjoy watching sunsets and sitting under the stars for hours, you'll feel at home here. The pool is luxuriously large, and the neighbors nearby are really nice. But we were disappointed on our second visit. Ants showed up in every room again, just as they had when we first visited in 2021. We contacted the administrator and asked the neighbors about it, but the problem apparently wasn't resolved, and we only experienced it at this villa. Hygiene and the standard equipment, including kitchen accessories and bathroom and toilet items, need more attention. Compared with 2021, the comfort and cleanliness on the day we arrived had noticeably declined. We left really disappointed this year. Only the town of Primošten and the clean beaches saved our overall impression, which is why we gave it 3 stars.
