The stretch of sand running toward the Nin lagoon is one of the few sandy beaches around. You can see Velebit from there, and it’s a good spot for surfing or kite surfing when the south wind or a gentle bora picks up.

The apartment had a nice kitchen and good equipment. It could use a few small fixes, like a new toilet seat, some attention to the electrical wiring, and repaired bed slats. Still, I had a great stay.

The streets are very narrow, with houses packed close together, but that worked fine for a summer by the sea. It’s a fairly new area made up mostly of apartments, right by Nin and a sandy beach.
