Apartments Viola Superior

A kind host, and a really nice place with spacious rooms.

Rated 10 out of 10. We had another lovely holiday, with a pleasant atmosphere and a very hospitable apartment owner. 👍

There’s no yard to barbecue in or unwind after a sunburn at the beach, and the place felt almost like living in an apartment block. That’s a problem throughout Promajna, where it’s hard to find a small house with a family feel. I wouldn’t recommend this place, and I won’t be coming back for a third visit. I’ve stayed here twice. The first time, I left a very positive review, but this time I was disappointed. I thought I was booking the same apartment shown in the photo, lower down like last year, not one under the roof. It was very high up, and stepping onto the balcony felt like a bold move. The balcony blinds were broken, as was the bathroom doorknob. I didn’t contact the host, by email or otherwise. Perhaps that was because he’s Hungarian, and I tried communicating in English or Croatian, but we do have a translator that can translate anything.

Top 👍 The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The hosts were accommodating and helped us with everything, including other things we needed.
